Informations pour la partie des TD marketing assurée par Sophie Emeriau : 23 Mars et 3 Avril
This course explores the strategic decisions involved in designing and managing distribution networks as a source of competitive advantage. While marketing strategy perspectives such as consumer insight and value proposition are considered, the course maintains a strong focus on the structure, optimization, financial viability, power dynamics and sustainability of distribution systems.
Students will learn to critically evaluate various distribution models, assess channel power and conflict risks, and understand the operational, financial, and environmental implications of distribution decisions.
The objective of this course is to provide students with all the essential keys to design a high-level strategic partnership proposal and to successfully defend it with high impact in front of an executive board.
Course Content & Step-by-Step Partnership Building: Through a pragmatic and structured approach, students learn how to build a strategic alliance step by step:
The Convergence Audit: Analyzing the DNA, core heritage, and values of two premium brands to guarantee their legitimacy and absolute strategic alignment.
The Value Proposition: Transforming a creative idea into an innovative, sustainable, and quantifiable signature concept specifically tailored for the luxury and hospitality sectors.
Alliance Engineering: Structuring the partnership proposal from a legal, financial, operational, and logistical standpoint to ensure long-term profitability.
The Executive Pitch (Grand Oral): Mastering the art of high-stakes negotiation, adopting a sovereign "solution provider" posture, and proving project resilience during intensive "Red Team" crash-test simulations face-to-face with a professional board.
This module introduces students to the exciting world of online panels in market research. Through interactive sessions, case studies, and a group project, students will gain a comprehensive understanding of key players, recruitment methods, data collection techniques, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for both distributor and consumer panels. By analyzing real-world data and developing action plans, students will learn to utilize these valuable insights to inform strategic business decisions.
